Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and all our products are carefully checked by us before being despatched to you. While we hope that you are delighted with your purchase, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a refund or exchange.

For customers who buy from us at one of our events,  we are always happy to exchange your item if you change your mind.   We can also provide a credit note if nothing takes your fancy at the time.

If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us preferably by e-mail immediately. 

All returns should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging. The items should be returned unused and in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels intact. Please note that any returns that are damaged/soiled or without their original labels may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

How to return your goods

Please first email us at info@advancedaestheticsproducts.co.uk, so we can expect your parcel. Return your items along with your name and full address and please state the reason for return.  Enclose this with your returned goods using the original packaging and with all labels attached as described above. Please post within 14 days (7 days for sale/special offer items) and send to:

The cost of returning items must be met by the buyer unless the goods are faulty. Please remember that the goods remain your responsibility until reaching us; We, therefore, require that you use a recorded delivery service and that you obtain proof of posting.  If your parcel does not reach us and there is no recorded delivery receipt available to us, we will not offer any refund.   Refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt. Please note we can only refund to the method of payment  / original card used to purchase the goods. The above policy relates to goods purchased under the Distance Selling Regulations only.
